Muse Archives Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
At Muse Archives, we take pride in offering a thoughtfully curated selection of vintage, one-of-a-
kind pieces, as well as contemporary pieces from our house brand, Mmuses. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our returns and exchange policy:

Returns:

Muse Archives accepts returns on orders within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale merchandise marked as final sale is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. Please be sure to acknowledge the terms of the return before submitting as any unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please print the return label provided and ship per instructions.

Once a return arrives at our facility, please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Once the refund has been processed, we kindly ask to allow 5-7 business days for the funds to hit your account, depending on your issuing bank. Unauthorized returns may be processed as online only store credit. 

Vintage Shop
- Most clothing and shoe items are eligible for returns, except for bags, accessories, and select
clothing with particular rarity/provenance, which are considered Final Sales. To check the
return policy for each item, please refer to the product page.

How to Return an Item:

1. Email info@musearchives.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the order
number in the subject line and provide the reason for the return.

2. We will promptly send you a prepaid shipping voucher for the return. For international returns, Please note that a return fee will be deducted from your refund in the amount of the shipping cost. You will have 3 working days to arrange a pickup with the selected carrier.

Important Details:
- Please keep in mind that our vintage pieces are rare and unique. Each item is one-of-a-kind,
so it's essential to handle them with care.

- The return item must be in its original condition, with the Muse Archives hang-tag intact.

- To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the specified timeframe for returns.

Shipping
Our parcels will be sent via express or tracked deliveries using either UPS, FEDEX or DHL,
depending on the size and weight of the items. You will receive relevant tracking information
once your parcel has been shipped. Shipping charges will be applied to all purchases, with rates based on the delivery location, and will be calculated at checkout.
