Fashion Futures

Please read these terms & conditions (also referred to as “Agreement”) carefully, by signing up for (“signing up for” also refers to joining/purchasing/buying) FASHION FUTURES WORKSHOP (also referred to as FASHION SUMMER CAMP” and includes 1 week sessions that you get access to with Fashion Futures) by Muse Archives by Marta Meyerhans (also referred to as “We”), you (also referred to as “Student”) are agreeing to all of the terms & conditions listed here. 


OUR PROMISE
FASHION FUTURES is our program and we promise to do our best to give you an exceptional experience, content, and support so that you can enjoy this introduction to the fashion industry.

LENGTH OF PROGRAM
FASHION FUTURES is a week workshop which means you have access to in person classes, at RUBELL MUSEUM, MIAMI between June 12th - June 16th 2023.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa and Mastercard (for upfront payment), Paypal & Stripe. We do not offer bank transfers or any other payment methods.

REFUNDS
We DO NOT offer refunds for FASHION FUTURES and but in case of illness, you may offer your place in the course to a third party. Please note: MUSE ARCHIVES reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding payments through a collection agency.

COPYRIGHT
All content (in the form of video, audio, images, text) in FASHION FUTURES, both inside the teaching platform and in the private community, created by MUSE ARCHIVES, any member of MUSE ARCHIVES or guest speakers is copyrighted and belongs to MUSE ARCHIVES. By signing up for FASHION FUTURES you agree not to violate our copyright. You are allowed to download material where we offer a download option. You are not allowed to screenshot, copy, share, or sell any content from FASHION FUTURES.
 
PERSONAL USE ONLY
FASHION FUTURES is for your personal use only. You are not allowed to share your username and password or give anyone access to FASHION FUTURES, (business partners included). If you want to go through FASHION FUTURES with another person then that person needs to sign up for FASHION FUTURES too.
 
SUPPORT
FASHION FUTURES includes support, you can email info@musearchives.com for technical support to know about summer camp. We aim to respond within 48 hrs to all emails.
 
CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy and insist that you respect our privacy too. Any confidential information shared by Marta Meyerhans, any member of MUSE ARCHIVES, guest speakers, or any participant of FASHION FUTURES is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the person who discloses the information. You agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information or any transactions during discussions, online or otherwise. By joining FASHION FUTURES you agree to keep private information confidential and use your best efforts to safeguard confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft.
