Please read these terms & conditions (also referred to as “Agreement”) carefully, by signing up for (“signing up for” also refers to joining/purchasing/buying) The Masterclass (also referred to as "Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela” and includes a masterclasss that you get access to with Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela) by Muse Archives by Marta Meyerhans (also referred to as “We”), you (also referred to as “Student”) are agreeing to all of the terms & conditions listed here. 


OUR PROMISE
"Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela” is our Masterclass and we promise to do our best to give you an exceptional experience, content, and support so that you can enjoy this introduction to the fashion industry.

LENGTH OF PROGRAM
"Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela” is a masterclass which means you have access to online course.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa and Mastercard (for upfront payment), Paypal & Stripe. We do not offer bank transfers or any other payment methods.

REFUNDS
We DO NOT offer refunds for  "Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela” and but in case of illness, you may offer your place in the course to a third party. Please note: MUSE ARCHIVES reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding payments through a collection agency.

COPYRIGHT
All content (in the form of video, audio, images, text) in  "Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela”, both inside the teaching platform and in the private community, created by MUSE ARCHIVES, any member of MUSE ARCHIVES or guest speakers is copyrighted and belongs to MUSE ARCHIVES. By signing up for  "Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela” you agree not to violate our copyright. You are allowed to download material where we offer a download option. You are not allowed to screenshot, copy, share, or sell any content from  "Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela”.
 
PERSONAL USE ONLY
 "Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela” is for your personal use only. You are not allowed to share your username and password or give anyone access to  "Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela”, (business partners included). If you want to go through  "Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela” with another person then that person needs to sign up for  "Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela” too.
 
SUPPORT
 "Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela” includes support, you can email info@musearchives.com for technical support to know about summer camp. We aim to respond within 48 hrs to all emails.

Any confidential information shared by Marta Meyerhans, any member of MUSE ARCHIVES, guest speakers, or any participant of "Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela” is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the person who discloses the information. You agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information or any transactions during discussions, online or otherwise. By joining  "Inside the Artist Mind - Martin Margiela” you agree to keep private information confidential and use your best efforts to safeguard confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft.
